So firstly, I feel accomplished.

2017 has been so far smooth sailing.


Firstly, I started learning a new language.
한국어는 어려워요. 그래도 재미있어요.
It was really challenging. But I really saw myself improve within these 12 lessons!
I can now read simple sentences and my reading did improve.
Need to really beef up my vocabulary though.

Did not continue with the next stage yet because I don't think I can handle the homework and the time frame given at this point in time.

But I will continue to 공부해요 with TTMIK. :) I'm on level 3, lesson 12 now! 



I started being more active and taking my weight more seriously.
I cannot believe that I'm actually eating vegetables now. and actually enjoying it?





Also, another milestone with the band.
It's been 6 years since I first picked up the piano.
WATCHING all my old videos made me really cringe!
CRINGEworthy to the max.
It's a reminder that passion and hardwork can get you to places.


Got to spend more time with le bff too this year. :)
Life's short make as many memories as you can.

Today was day 26 of my challenge.

So measured in and I lost 0.5cm on the arms.
20cm on the thighs.
4 cm on the waist. :)


4 more days to go for this particular challenge.

Then, will start a new challenge ^_^
This time it will be more arms centered.
MY ARMS ARE SO WEAK.


On another note. Yoga class had started. and wow. super zen and stretched out after it. ^_^

YAS. Also, I have started to actually enjoy eating salad for breakfast. LOL. never have I ever eaten so much veggies in my life. from almost no veggies and fruits diet at all to a super filled of fruits and veggy diet. ^_^ YIPEE.



It's also easier to say no to sweet stuff like cakes, cupcakes.
Drinking sugarless drinks.

I'm just tired of being fat. I'm done. It really hurts to go through the exercises everyday. the muscles burns, the body is so weak. Yoga starts this Tuesday. Excited but it has been maybe 5 years since I did yoga.

I'm also so done with the weighing scale. What I have been doing is measuring myself with a measuring tape! :)

Its really exciting when I see the numbers get smaller and smaller.


For now. Im really digging the weightless workouts to build muscle. Blogilates really works my muscles to the core!

So I bought a laptop today! :)

After surviving 2 years of no laptop.
It's not really a badass one. but really basic and cheap. But honestly. That will do. As long as I can do my ttmik lessons on it, watch movies and videos. :)

haha 32gb only. but oh wells what u get for $300. IS NOT BAD! Maybe next time I will get a more exp one. but this will do for now! plus its really light and compact. teehee.

Halfway through the 30 days challenge. My body has been changing a lot.
Much more leaner and stronger I guess.

Measured myself and I lost a few inches! :)
So happy.

Was actually losing my drive to do the squats and crunches everyday but... after measuring myself. I feel motivated again!
