Today was day 26 of my challenge.
So measured in and I lost 0.5cm on the arms.
20cm on the thighs.
4 cm on the waist. :)
4 more days to go for this particular challenge.
Then, will start a new challenge ^_^
This time it will be more arms centered.
MY ARMS ARE SO WEAK.
On another note. Yoga class had started. and wow. super zen and stretched out after it. ^_^
YAS. Also, I have started to actually enjoy eating salad for breakfast. LOL. never have I ever eaten so much veggies in my life. from almost no veggies and fruits diet at all to a super filled of fruits and veggy diet. ^_^ YIPEE.
It's also easier to say no to sweet stuff like cakes, cupcakes.
Drinking sugarless drinks.
