Yesterday during class it was very enlightening to find out that my natural instinct when I experience pain would be to tense up my shoulders! I really loved that I got to work through that and relax it through pain or discomfort. Also, really working on my psyche and the fear of being hit or to hit. Compared to my very first time striking I think at least my right hand is so much better. Left too, but really working on it!
This year has been a year of conquering fears. Climbing and jumping down, bouldering without a harness, going out and doing new things instead of being an anti social potato.
Time's really flying past. It's amazing how God brings things into your life when you need them the most and it has been one hellah ride but I'm enjoying it!
Things I have learnt after the age 25.

Time really flies and I am turning 27 this year in November!
Do not let others bother you.
I have learnt not to react to people. When people do things that bothers me I learn not to react. Reacting sparks more and more conflict, but when you choose not to let it bother you or ignoring a mean comment, it will actually go away.
Do things that are meaningful.
I have not been clubbing for about a year now. It's crazy how we rush to the club to find "friends", "companionship", "finding love in a hopeless place". Instead investing myself in other things like learning a new skill has been more fruitful and fulfilling.
Do things that scare you.
I have learnt that it is important to travel out of your comfort zone and that's the true meaning of #yolo. Seize the day. Because when you venture out of that circle you find that is where you find that you grow the most!
Plan for the future.
It is important to have fun but know your limits financially and it is so important to save money! There is always loads of free things to do in Singapore!!! Learn how to stretch your buck by finding great deals and coupons.
Travel alone.
I finally booked my solo trip to Osaka and I am so excited and looking forward to it! It's great knowing that I can do anything I wanna do and go where I wanna go, hang out as long as I want for these 10 days! Also, planning this far ahead is making sure I am not that broke. Also, its great to grow yourself when you go to a place where you know nobody and you have to "grow up" and "adult". ;)
Learn new languages.
It's definitely not easy, but why not start today and maybe someday you will eventually get there!
Good things will come.
